We take privacy of your employees' personal data very seriously. Our system only collects general personal data about your employees and any specific information that would allow anyone to identify a staff member is kept only with you.
We use a unique identifying number to tag our surveys which only you can use to identify the employee. Personal information we do collect is limited to ranged data (such as income brackets) and generalised data (such as postal codes for geotagging). All data is encrypted and stored on our secured servers, and only you have access to individual survey results.
