A Masters’ Degree holder in Business Management from the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom, Sushmita displayed leadership and managerial qualities even at college. An outgoing vivacious personality, Sushmita was India’s first Woman President of the Woman’s Rugby Federation, Karnataka and its Advisor & Sr. Official, responsible for developing rugby as a mainstream sport through promotional and fund raising actitivities. She is currently the Youth Coordinator, Executive Committee member for Singapore & Teacher at the Sathya Sai Centre, Moulmein, Singapore.

Irhass is a graduate of Telecommunications & Information Business Management from Telkom University, Indonesia.
Irhass has a background working with rural communities in Indonesia, through his role with the Indonesian government’s financial inclusion program. In that role, he closely engaged with various rural communities by leading education and financial literacy programs.
Being a part of the government’s welfare scheme, Irhass found his calling in working towards the welfare of his people and uplifting the communities around him.
Irhass believes that the only ways to ensure the welfare of society is to address the communities problems by providing tangible solutions through advocacy programs that are also inclusive.

Idelia is a graduate from the University of Sunderland (MDIS) with a Bachelor's degree in International Tourism & Hospitality Management.
She has worked across diverse industries in Indonesia. After her graduation, Idelia worked in Bali for 2 years in the construction and tourism industry. She has also worked at the Apple Developer Academy (BSD) team as a marketing section head, with focus on developing program content, directing social media, and taking on special projects.
Idelia loves to meet and interact with people within the community and strives to create a meaningful impact with all beneficiaries.
Outside of Family Spotlight, Idelia is a consultant to a homegrown Indonesian paint company, a project coordinator for a local NGO, and also a part-time CrossFit athlete.

Variati comes with over 20 years of experience in the field of building material, especially in the paint sector, premix mortar and ceramics.
Currently serving as a consultant with Family Spotlight and also as Secretary-General in the PASTI Movement (Healthy Mind Plastic for Indonesia) organization.
Fafa, as she is commonly known, has a wide network of companies, social enterprises, farmers and communities across Indonesia. She has mentored and trained many social entrepreneurs, been at the forefront of women’s rights and empowerment movements, conducted many family & health development programs. She is a champion of social innovation and strongly believes that companies must engage with their stakeholders with robust social responsibility and sustainability programs.
